The hype? It's real. The food? It's phenomenal. The service? It's flawless. Get a reservation. You deserve it.

Food was just good but not omg have to force all my friends to go great u know? appetizers were yummy: octopus was tender, potato super undercooked (like still crunchy...), prawns were quite fishy (I'm super sensitive though), BUT special shoutout to the little gem salad it was SO good - dressing was tangy, perfect saltiness and the leaves were so crispy and crunchy and fresh pastas were all cooked to aldente, sauces were flavorful and overall good but nothing special - the corn one was quite interesting though - little too sweet for us and could use more dimension (maybe it's a texture thing idk) desserts were also just ok - again, nothing special. Banana pudding tiramisu was a little disappointing though (since everyone was raving about it) - it was a little dry and the wafers weren't soaked enough so it was giving stale cracker vibes it was ice cold though so that was nice lol IG: spillingthe.beans

Truly one of the best meals I've had in a while! It really lives up to the hype. Their Spicy Pomodoro is to die for, like I truly think it's one of the best in LA. We also had one of their specials that were on the menu -- a ribeye dish, which was incredibly delicious. This was one of the best steaks I've had, so tender and buttery. The Gem Caesar is also very flavorful and refreshing. As for drinks, we tried a few sips, but I loved the Cucumber + Basil and the Rice + Rose, which were both on a sweeter side and very good. We sat out on the patio, and the vibes were immaculate. Such a cute space and it was busy in the restaurant, but not too loud. Service was stellar throughout our time here. Will definitely be back!

Came here Saturday night. I'd recommend making a reservation because there were people sitting waiting to be sat. There's also street parking and valet available for parking My friend loved the cucumber and basil off first sip and let us know. I had the white wine OTT Gruner Veltliner and it was pretty good. Steak tar tar was really good, bread was crispy and i could see them making it from my table. Devin was a great waitress even after i found out she forgot to offer me the ribeye not on the menu lol. My friends got the carbonara pasta and said it was good but not great and didn't have enough meat I wont lie I'm not sure it's in the best area when i left at 11pm lol just be aware

Stopped by Cento with my friend for some good quality pasta and I was left FED AND SATISFIED!! First off, try to find some parking in the residential areas if you don't want to pay for valet because the immediate area around Cento did not have parking. When walking in, the ambiance was modern and chic, with olive trees, Fairy lights, and a white interior and exterior. There were a lot of people there and I recommend getting a reservation prior to secure a spot. We ordered the hamachi crudo as an appetizer, spicy pomodoro and cavatelli for pastas. First off, the Hamachi crudo was made really well! The flavors of the basil oil and coconut cream blended so well with the thicker slices of hamachi. Very fresh and a great starter to the meal. I also loved the presentation with the cute little edible flowers on top! The spicy pomodoro was my absolute favorite of the night. I don't know what they put in there but it is just so good. The mild spice and acidity blends so well with the ricotta? Cheese and basil oil. One of the servers recommended that we not mix everything together, but instead dip the pasta into the fluffy cheese and basil oil! The cavatelli was also so delicious and well made. It was more homey and cozy of a pasta dish, decorated with the sausage as protein and I believe fennel? And spices. It's much more hearty of a dish but I still loved it! I think overall the food was a 5/5 but if I could I would give an extra star for the service! I was seated next to where they fire and prepare the orders at the bar. I loved talking to the CDC and the server? about the dishes. We even joked that their ambiance reminded me of the Bear--without the cussing and anger. I would definitely be coming back in the future, I want to try the banana tiramisu so bad but I didn't have enough room in my stomach this time around. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! :)

From the ambience to the service and food, I can confidently rate each category as a solid 4. We came around 5pm so we were seated immediately. I loved the interior decor and our server was friendly and knowledgable on menu items. We ordered a couple things. First we ordered the steak tartare and the grilled octopus. The steak tartare was good but no wow factor. The grilled octopus was actually our favorite dish of the entire meal because we loved the pairings of the sauce and the potatoes. It meshed really well. Price point was reasonable as well. For entrees we ordered the spicy pomodoro and their special, lamb ragu. The pomodoro was great but I felt that it was a bit plain. The lamb ragu was definitely the more peculiar one that I was sceptical of but it turned out to be more flavorful than the pomodoro. The noodles were really good on both. The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because it took nearly 40 minutes to get all of our food. There were barely any people so this just didn't make sense to me. I felt myself just dosing off waiting for my food because the gap between the small plates to entrees was too long. It made me hope that the wait was worth it but then my dish turned out to be a bit underwhelming compared to the wait.

This place is in the middle of La Brea and West Adams. I wouldn't have known the restaurant even if I pass by because it's hidden and surrounded by neighborhoods and car shops. I'm surprised to see such nice restaurant in this neighborhood Parking: There is valet and plenty of street parking the neighborhood across the street. Food: SWEET CORN AGNOLOTTI is so good. The flavors complement each other. The sweetness of corn and the savory of butter and creme make a perfect comb, not salty, not sweet. 5/5 BEET SPAGHETTI is alright. It's my least favorite out of three dishes. The dish is sweet. The pink color is cute though and instagrammable. 3/5 SQUID INK MAFALDINE is spicy, chewy, and a little salty. The spices do overwhelm the dish. The knife cut black noodles are distinct. 4/5 BANANA PUDDING' TIRAMISU is sweet with real bananas. It may be too sweet for some of you. I enjoy the spin-off of adding banana in it. 5/5 PEACHES AND CREAM I think doesn't deserve to cost $16 because it's just fruit and meringue. My friend loves this a lot more than the tiramisu though. 4/5 Service Service is outstanding and I have nothing to complain about.
